Companies House Fees
We just wanted to make you aware that Companies House are increasing their fees from 1st February 2026 – this is a further increase following the increases back in May 2024.

The main one that will affect most clients is the confirmation statement which has increased to £50 up from £34 (all Limited companies are required to complete this annually and we complete and charge on this fee to most clients)
